Great news! We have new extended office hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday! Customer service is job #1 at The Housekeepers Inc. Extended office hours helps us serve our customers even better. If by chance you do get voicemail please leave a message as we check those regularly. Amanda was here last week and was - as always - efficient and thorough. Always excellent.
Amanda was here yesterday (11/12/2020) with a trainee. Amanda is always excellent and a good trainer. Her trainee was very friendly and personable and did an excellent job also with Amanda's training skills.

I commented once today about the excellent job done by Amanda, but then I thought I should comment on your PIP program as that was the main reason for the post - to reward excellent service. However, I saw no way to comment on the PIP program except to post to "social" sites - which I do not use. So, I hope this message gets through as Amanda has never done anything but excellent work and should be noted for her efforts. There seemed to be a way on your old site to make comments directly to your office - and maybe my posts in this section are sufficient. I hope so, as Amanda has always done exceptional work.
